Goonvean Group are delighted to announce the acquisition of 65% of the share capital of Protective Solutions (UK) Limited (PSL). Founded in 2006, the family-run business operates from dedicated facilities in Stonehouse, employs a talented team of 10, and is one of the largest independent stockists and suppliers of packaging materials and consumables in Gloucestershire.
PSL shares Goonvean Group’s vision to “be the best in everything we do.” Their continued commitment to excellence and outstanding customer service has earned PSL an enviable reputation as a reliable and trusted supplier to businesses in the South West and beyond.
Following the transaction, PSL will continue to operate as a subsidiary of Goonvean Group, with existing owners Des and Ali Brennan and their management team remaining in place. Des Brennan continues in his role as Managing Director.
